Our posture is defined by how the body holds itself in an upright position against gravity in the standing, sitting and even lying positions.

Strong, efficient and well-balanced musculoskeletal systems can enhance our posture. In the same way poorly trained, weak and imbalanced bodies often lead to poor posture.

A significant portion of back and neck pain along with headaches, come as a result of poor posture. Our team of Physiotherapists utilise their extensive knowledge of the spine, muscles, physiology and ergonomics to determine where your postural faults are coming from and to prescribe appropriate remedies personalised to you.
